Betty Alice Erickson
Betty Alice Erickson is a licensed professional counsellor, marriage and family therapist in private practice for over 15 years in Dallas, TX and International teacher of Ericksonian psychotherapy and hypnosis. Her previous published work includes New Lessons in Hypnosis, chapters in numerous books and articles in various professional journals which have been reprinted and translated into 7 languages. Forthcoming with Bradford Keeney, PhD Milton H. Erickson, MD, An American Healer to be published by the Ringing Rocks Foundation. Her awards and honors include First Bi-Annual Award: Premio Internazionale Franaco Granone Award given by the Centro Italiano di Ipnosi Clinico-Sperimentale in October 2003, Milton Erickson Gesellschraft (Institute) (MEG) Prize for Excellence in Teaching and Promoting Ericksonian Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in October 2001, Honorary Member of the Swedish Society for Clinical Hypnosis and Honorary Member of the Milton Erickson Gesellschraft of Germany (MEG). She has been Editor, including Executive Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the Milton H. Erickson Foundation Newsletter for over 10 years.
