Marginal Gains: Connected Leadership and School Improvement
Bristol Primary Headteachers’ Conference 2017
The aim is for all delegates to leave the conference feeling informed, involved and inspired about the opportunities for working together to improve education and opportunities across Bristol.
The conference is a valuable chance to spend time with colleague education leaders from across the city. If you are staying as a residential delegate there will be the opportunity for networking with colleagues on Thursday afternoon and evening (we have break-out rooms available for groups to book if they have specific work they want to do) followed, of course, by a fun, enjoyable evening for all!
The speakers on Friday will bring their perspective to how Headteachers and leaders in education can use Marginal Gains and Connected Leadership to bring add to excellence to schools.
- Russell Hobby, General Secretary, NAHT
- Matthew Syed, Sportsman, Broadcaster & Journalist
- Mark Adams, Education & Coaching Psychologist
- Marvin Rees, Mayor of Bristol.
