Mental Health Awareness Week

May 16, 2016

Monday 16th to Sunday 22nd of May, 2016

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, with this year’s theme being focused upon ‘relationships’.

In relation to the campaign’s awareness raising and the current focus on children and teenagers’ mental health, our Feel Brave series and Bi-Polar Girl title are very engaging reads which allow those who live or work with children to better understand their world.

The Feel Brave series of reading books is designed to help children explore emotional intelligence, positive psychology and some of the real-life issues which they might face – such as bullying, anxiety, bereavement, friendships and worries – in an engaging, creative and non-threatening way.

Fully illustrated and written in an easy to read format, Bi-Polar Girl is for those who are going through the worse of bipolar and it gives an understanding in broad terms to family and friends as to the symptoms of those living with bipolar disorder

Follow the title links above to read more about the books and order your copies.
