The Philosophy Foundation win Storyteller Award at Natwest’s SE100 Social Business Awards

January 25, 2017

The Foundation was shortlisted in three categories: Resilience, Storyteller, and COO, Emma Worley, was nominated for The Leadership Award.

A total of 26 organisations were shortlisted, celebrating the most inspiring and effective social enterprise leaders, and the strength, impact and resilience of the sector in the UK, so the competition was steep. The Philosophy Foundation were joint winners with the House of St Barnabas of the Storyteller Award.

The Storyteller Award recognises the great stories from social enterprises on the SE100 Index, that support the data, and is awarded to a social venture that has created and delivered a brilliant communications campaign to highlight impact and scale up their activities.

As one of the seven winners, The Philosophy Foundation received a professionally produced winner’s film about their organisation, which you can watch here, an SE100 trophy created by social enterprise artists and a share of cash prizes totalling £6,000.
