Fidelity
Written primarily in a way that Life Coaches will relate to, using Solution Based Therapy, rather than regression based methods, this book seeks to avoid rehashing the past but build on the strengths that are already present in the reader even though these may have gone unrecognised thus far. There is a wealth of exercises and case studies designed to help readers to tap into their own resources in order to get to a place better than the one they are currently at.

I found the exercises extremely helpful and easily adaptable to working with clients who for whatever reason may not wish to revisit the past in order to improve their lot in life. Therapists will recognise many of the problems that the author has dealt with successfully using this method and, though not all cases will go as smoothly as those in the book appear (of necessity) to have done, I don't doubt that some clients will change as dramatically as did those used in the examples.
