Reviews

  1. Stop and be really patient with this CD. Focus and take baby steps. Yes, it`s a really good CD, yet it is very important that this CD is used within a programme of successive support. It has great promise, yet avoid using it sporadically or haphazardly as it has much to offer. So, whether you work through the issues, privately or use this CD as part of an overall programme, trust that you can benefit from the two healing trances when you work with someone, to help you let go of the past and create a happier life.

Use this CD to help you go inwards and draw strength from the unknown and change one thing, at a time. Use this CD after you have been made to feel vulnerable, betrayed, violated or harmed. Instead use this CD to recreate feelings of a renewed and peaceful state.

Be prepared to feel anxious no longer, or swirling with discomfort no more. Instead, smilingly, allow the potency of excitement, radiating from a happiness growing more and more within you. Use this CD to allow yourself to willingly settle into the awareness that you have everything you need to take the necessary steps to heal yourself now. To give and receive. That you need the playground of your life, outside your home to heal, and to freely step out into the sun.

Using fundamental Ericksonian techniques for utilizing dishonesty, betrayals, harm or lies, O`Hanlon finds ways to sidestep fighting with one`s own misunderstandings. O` Hanlon has a super heartening feeling emanating from him. Listening to him, he feels a bit like a `warrior`, or a `knight` who will fight for you. He radiates this courage, and in today`s modern world, he imparts it in a way that really lets you be the best that you are today. He gets you to fight your own fight without doing the work for you. He has a sense that you can do what you need to do. Permission to be yourself seems to be what he radiates as you prepare to fight and win. He trusts you, the listener.

His CD is really good, and in many ways, you can trust that this very comforting gentle voice will take you on a journey that opens up the listener to something that makes much more sense to you. However, if you have not trusted for a long time, you will benefit from the additional support found in additional face to face work with a therapist. As this CD may have shaken up for you many things as you begin to heal. Again, brilliant CD, yet, it needs to be part of an overall programme of support.

I would recommend this CD for practitioners, who need some resource to hold the hand of their client. They may also want to use it to connect to the issue personally, in preparation of responding to this situation. Let this CD be a spur, a catalyst as support.
