Alice Moore

Alice is a highly motivated and compassionate wellbeing consultant and educator. She has a genuine, heartfelt desire to make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing landscape for young people. She places kindness and compassion at the core of everything she does and is committed to embodying these values in the workplace.

As a consultant, Alice wrote a song called ‘Give me 5’ to teach young children psychoeducation and emotional regulation. This was co-produced with children’s mental health charity Beyond, performed by CBeebies star Rhys Stephenson and shown to schools across the UK as part of the Now and Beyond Festival. She co-designed the redeveloped Youth Mental Health First Aid course and has been asked to share her expertise via Mental Health First Aid England blogs and as a panellist for leading mental health charities. She has also supported campaigns to get every teacher trained in mental health.

Alice has developed high-quality, inspiring and creative teaching and learning resources for Universal films, Penguin Books, youth mental health charity ‘Now and Beyond’ and literacy charity BookTrust.

Alice is also an experienced Mental Health Lead in a Primary School. She has supported children 1:1 and in group settings, as well as delivering bespoke mental health education to primary-aged pupils. Alice designed and led the whole school’s relational approach – her relational policy is now used as an exemplar for schools across the UK. A recent Ofsted report cited her school’s wellbeing provision as "exemplary". Having lived experience with young people who experience mental health difficulties is what motivates and drives Alice to make a difference to the lives of as many young people as she can.
