Mark Burns is co-director of MALIT Ltd and has a proven track record in improving teaching and leadership in education. He has also co-authored two bestselling books in this field, ‘Engaging Learners’ and ‘Teaching Backwards’. More recently, Mark has worked with private and third sector organisations to develop the quality and impact of their learning and development programmes.
Through his work, he has developed a deep understanding of learning design and how to overcome the barriers to learning in organisations. His most recent co-authored book, ‘The Learning Imperative’, was named the winner of the HR and Management category in the Business Book Awards 2019.
