This is the best book on developing a coaching business using NLP techniques and principles I've read. It is thorough and really useful. The practical exercises are great; they helped me clarify many opportunities I'd not considered for growing my own business. This book is a worthy and natural accompaniment to her Life Coaching Handbook.
