This book is a deeply human journey through a career, a life, in teaching. It's a beautiful book. I don't agree with everything John says, but the way he says it - oh! of that I have the deepest admiration. Reading `Love Over Fear` is to fall in love; with teaching, with students and with John. I can think of no school leader I look up to more and no one who I would rather work for.
