Drawing together threads from hypnotherapy, behavioural science, Zen, Sufism and esoteric Christianity, Duncan McColl presents a practical self-help guide to the immense potential of the human mind. Using visualisation, creative imagery and self-hypnosis, he provides a fresh perspective on developing personal skills to eliminate problems such as ill-health, lack of energy and low self-esteem.

The book answers many key questions such as:

  • How do I see myself as others see me?
  • How do I control the quality and length of my life?
  • How do I eliminate self-destructive habits now?
  • How do I ensure success?
  • How do I learn from my dreams?

This is an ideal resource for everyone wishing to unlock their creativity and discover the magic of their mind power.
