Will Murray has worked in performance management for non-profit organizations and endurance athletes for more than 40 years. He has worked with more than 650 non-profit organizations in 48 US states and eight countries and with hundreds of athletes using NLP patterns to enhance success. Will is co-author, with Craig Howie, of The Four Pillars of Triathlon: Vital Mental Conditioning for Endurance Athletes and author of Uncle! How to Become the World’s Greatest Aunt or Uncle. Will has completed eight Ironman triathlons and hundreds of running, swimming, bicycling and triathlon races and is an accomplished mountaineer.
