The Art of Being a Brilliant Classroom Assistant was such a delightful and easy read that I couldn't put it down. As I was reading it, I was thinking that this is why I followed my heart into this career. I loved the tips at the end of the chapters; I loved the pictures in the book, they added to the light heartedness. The book reinforced that what I am doing is important. For new classroom assistants the tips are invaluable; it is a book that you can pick up every couple of months if you need a nudge when things get tough. For me, as an experienced classroom assistant, it was a quick reference to keep doing what I am doing. I will be reading this book every few months to refocus.
