There are copious juicing programs on the web ranging from one to ninety-two days, or even longer, but some leave you grappling for direction. Super Juice Me! is a 28-day comprehensive juice plan that takes all the guess work out of you.

His Super Juice Me program has helped thousands of people regain their health, lose weight and even get off harmful pharma meds. The program is methodically laid out for you so you know exactly what juices you will be making each day. You're provided the recipes and a detailed shopping list so you can get all your supplies for each week. The juice recipes are rotated, so you get a healthy variety of different sweet and savoury flavors, and your daily nutrients.

    This 28-day program suggests that you can lose 28 pounds in 28 days. The weight you lose is really reflective on your current weight, so some will lose less and others more. I did this juice cleanse and lost 14 pounds. The book is full of examples of the tremendous weight loss and improved health many have experienced since doing the cleanse. You'll be inspired to jump in when you read about their glowing and vibrant health results.

    So is it a lot of work? Yes, it requires you being mentally and emotionally prepared for this adventure. Plus you'll need a good juicer and lots of clean fruits and veggies ready for daily use. Jason has his own brand of juicer, but because I do a lot of juicing, I have a Green Star Elite. But, honestly start with any juicer you have.

    Do the juices taste great? I loved all of them except one. If a juice just doesn't sit right with you, just make a different recipe and carry on with the program. You'll find that your taste buds will change the longer you're on the program. Are you hungry while on the program? Many say they were not, but I was. There is an option of having a cheat food every day if you need it, but I hung in there and followed the program.

    Did I feel better or heal anything after juicing? I did feel a little better, but no I did not heal any of my current health conditions. Would I do it again or recommend this program? Yes, I would. You cannot go wrong with filling your body with wholesome fluids that cleanse, hydrate and nourish your body.



    The back of the book has a log for you to track your progress and share any insights. There's also a chapter on how to include a juice and maintain your weight loss after your cleanse is finished. I really enjoyed doing the Super Juice Me program, and would recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight and improve their health.
