Leo Angart runs workshops all over the world, helping people to regain their natural vision and throw away their glasses for good. He regularly encounters children whose eyesight is being adversely affected by their glasses or who don’t really need glasses at all. In Magic Eyes: Vision training for children Leo shares his experience and explains what you can do to help transform your child’s eyesight, eliminating the need for glasses.

In Magic Eyes: Vision training for children Leo Angart demystifies common eye conditions, explains the causes of these issues and suggests simple solutions you can try at home. These fun exercises can make children’s eyes healthy and strong and eliminate the need for glasses. In fact with children it is actually quite easy to restore natural eyesight within a week or two.

Magic Eyes: Vision training for children also contains detailed explanations of, and exercises for: amblyopia (or lazy eye), anisometropia (when vision is different between the left and right eye), astigmatism (irregular shaping of the cornea), diplopia (double vision), hyperopia (far-sightedness), myopia (near-sightedness) and strabismus (turning in or out of the eye).

  1. Thank you for taking Vision Training to Sweden.

My son, Wille, is 11 years old and has worn glasses since he was five and a half. He had hyperopia +6 and astigmatism, so he could not read without glasses.

We found Vision Training online and started reading about it. However, we were skeptical, could it be this good? If it is this good, why doesn't everyone practice it? We still wonder why it is not common practice.

A few months before we participated in the workshop Wille's eyes had been a little bit worse so we changed to stronger glasses. He was very sad about that. Then we talked about his eyes and glasses and he thought that he would need his glasses for the rest of his life, or at least until he was 18. Since he was nine he planned to get eye surgery so he wouldn't need the glasses anymore.

After the workshop he practiced well. He was very committed. He practiced the eye card, the bigger eye chart and the clown. He practiced once or twice a day, four days a week for about 5-10 minutes each time. Two months after the workshop, he could read the bottom of the eye chart.

During and after the workshop Wille made a wonderful transformation, not only with his eyes. We can not explain in words what this has done to his life. Today I see a boy whose eyes shine, full of life; I see that he is happy and full of energy. He feels free and is more alert and active than before.

Our son has gone from having +6 glasses to not needing glasses at all today. It's amazing! I'm starting to really understand that this is for real, that it really works. Only two days can change your whole life. This summer he burried his old glasses in the woods at our summer house. He looked up at us and smiled.

  2. I very much like this book; it is the best of its kind, written by an author who combines scientific knowledge with lifelong experience and common sense. I think it is very important to let people know that there is a way besides evidence based medicine, which could support classic intervention, as so many people suffer from unsuccessful treatment.
  3. Leo Angart is a vision artisan who has been immensely helpful to both my children (and me), so I was delighted to be asked to write a review about his new book, Magic Eyes.

Having corrected his own myopia by entirely natural means years ago, Leo is passionate about being of service to others who are visually challenged. This book is a treasure trove of knowledge Leo has accumulated over years of study and hands-on experience. He has gone way beyond the pioneering work of such luminaries as Dr. William Bates, to develop techniques that rapidly correct visual afflictions from which children (and adults) suffer; thus restoring normal vision naturally.

The book is rich in technical detail of the visual processes for those of us who need to know, yet remains eminently readable for any parent concerned enough about their child's welfare. If you share my view that nobody cares more about you and your children than yourself, then Magic Eyes is a must read. Understand why we have such an appalling rate of visual deficiency today. Learn how to diagnose and correct any defects before they cause learning disabilities.
