20 July 2016

To mark their tenth anniversary, Laughology - a company founded by our author Stephanie Davies - are holding the first Laughology Happiness Awards. In their own words, œwe want to honour the happiness hero who contributes the most to making his or her organisation the happiest place to work in the UK.

Should you wish to enter yourself, a colleague, your business/employers, or your school for the awards, you can do so by following this link to download the appropriate entry forms.

Stephanie recently spoke at the IPEN Festival of Positive Education in Dallas in July and is the author of popular psychology title Laughology: Improve your life with the science of laughter, which offers a plethora of hints and tips on how humour and positive attitudes can influence your behaviour, help you feel better and live a happier life.
