Jarlath O’Brien writes for The Guardian

October 28, 2016

"Why are so many SEN pupils excluded from school? Because we are failing them."

Jarlath O’Brien, author of the recently published title Don’t Send Him in Tomorrow, has written an article for The Guardian in which he discusses the disproportionate number of SEND pupils being excluded from schools in the UK and how people can often misread these statistics towards making ill-founded conclusion.

Click here to read the article and here to take a closer look at his book, which shines a light on the marginalised, disenfranchised and forgotten children of today’s schools.
