The Summit will focus on what we believe to be the key issues of insufficient funding, excessive accountability, poor retention and limited school autonomy & agency."

œMany people in education are well aware of the policies proposed and supported by Headteachers™ Roundtable. These were encapsulated in the Alternative Green Paper, Schools that Enable All to Thrive and Flourish, launched in November 2016 which was closely followed by the Doorstep Manifesto in May 2017. We aim to challenge and expose the damaging culture created by high stakes, cliff edge accountability; insufficient funding of schools and short-sighted, poorly evidenced policies by political parties. Together we can make a difference.
